Carol is the CEO and a founding partner of thera-LINK. She has run a successful private practice in the Dallas area for the last 30 plus years. In addition, Carol has previously held positions with Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas’ Eating Disorder program. Carol is the driving force behind decisions related to thera-LINK and provides key insight to build the platform from the ground up around the mental health relationship. She also serves as the Chief Privacy Officer of thera-LINK and routinely studies the latest HIPAA compliancy laws. She holds two Master’s degrees – one in Professional Counseling and one in Nutrition – as well as a Bachelor’s in Nutrition from Baylor University. Carol has a passion for learning and is always striving to push herself one step further, including Brene Brown’s Daring Way™ Certification.

Heather serves as COO and is one of the founding partners of thera-LINK. She leads all efforts around the video platform and works closely with our development team as well as our support team. Heather has served as Vice President of Information Technology in a large architecture firm and has over 13 years of experience leading technology teams. She has a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology as well as a Bachelor’s with a focus on Business Communications from the University of Texas at Dallas. Heather has an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for technology. She’s also an avid sports fan (Go Cowboys and Go Mavs!) and loves Mexican food.
Lori’s work history is varied and has paved the road for an excellent match as our Chief Customer Officer. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Social Work. She practiced as a social worker primarily serving a population of senior citizens. When relocating to Portland, Oregon, she chose to shift her focus to the world of advertising. Following her entrepreneurial spirit, she operated her own successful company, Giggles and Glamour, when she returned to Texas. She is delighted to be a founding member of the thera-LINK team. Lori engages with our customers and potential customers directly on a daily basis and loves meeting new people!
Casey is our CTO and is responsible for the development and project management efforts of the thera-LINK platform. Casey’s background includes experience in managing web development teams, building cloud infrastructure, and being an all around awesome guy. Casey graduated with a Bachelor’s in Technology Management with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University. Whoop!
Hayley is our Content Marketing Manager and enjoys learning new information just as much as she enjoys sharing it with you. She graduated with a BA in Communication Science from Elon University and finds her flow state in making meaningful connections and bridging gaps in understanding between diverse subjects. In her last role, she acted as the translator and mediator between her firm’s information technology and business development departments working to identify both group’s needs and implement the best mutually beneficial and sustainable solution. She can be won over with live music, trips to new places, and puns. Located in Denver, Colorado she works to elevate our brand and ensure we’re always climbing, never peaking.
Denia is one of our Service Desk Analysts. She was born in Mexico, but raised in San Diego California. She holds a major in business management and a minor in entrepreneurship. She has five years of experience in the customer service and tech support industry. Her goal is to get a Master’s degree in technology management by the end of next year. In her spare time, she likes to read, especially about technology and its influence in society. She loves traveling, cooking and spending quality time with her boyfriend and family.
Alan is also a Service Desk Analyst. He has a solid tech support background and has worked at some of the top tech companies in the country. He has the perfect combination of technical knowledge and excellent customer service. When Alan is not in the front line ready to assist you, he can be found spending time with his wife, daughter and their pet “Chata”.
