Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely!  You can change your plan (up or down) at any time using the portal after you sign up. No questions asked. Yes, really.

Do my clients have to pay to use thera-LINK?

Nope, not a dime. As a provider, you are paying for the monthly service to extend your practice online.  Clients just need to create a simple, free login from the invitation you will send them and then join the session!

What happens if I use my 5 sessions on the Basic plan or 50 sessions on the Basic Team plan?

Once you have used all of your allotted sessions in your billing cycle, you will be prompted to upgrade your plan to the next plan and pay the difference at that time. You are not required to upgrade your plan if you do not plan to use another session until the following billing cycle.

Is there a discount for non-profits?

You betcha! Message us using the chat button below and we share the details with you. 

Will I be charged at the end of the trial?

No, you will have the option to choose a subscription plan at the end of the trial in order to continue services.  If you do not wish to continue service, you will not be charged.  If you choose a plan, you’ll enter your credit card information at that time for your first month’s service. Your trial data is deleted 45 days after the trial end date.

What's the difference in the Plus and Ultimate plans?

The Ultimate plan includes everything in the Plus plan as well as Client/Session Notes, Secure Messaging, and custom branding for you and your clients (colors/logo). Additionally, your Directory listing is a “featured” listing.

What is an office manager?

An office manager is a person that handles scheduling and client management on behalf of you or your practice. The office manager account can invite clients and assign them to a provider, schedule appointments on a provider’s calendar, but not start a session.
